We were thrilled to be given the opportunity to work with this London-based family on a project that was both an upgrade and a reflection of their lifestyle. They wanted to create a modern, elegant space that would suit their large family and provide them with a stunning area where they could entertain friends.

This London home renovation project is the perfect example of modern luxury. The clients wanted a sleek and elegant design to suit their large family, with spaces for cooking, eating, entertaining or children playing. The gold and black colour palette was chosen to reflect their lifestyle and provide a luxurious feel throughout the house.
The main kitchen is designed in a luxurious black and metallic scheme. The cabinetry comprises Next 125 Glass Gloss Platinum Metallic wall and base units, combined with Lava Black tall units. Black Blanco sinks are used throughout the space with gold Quooker taps and soap dispensers to provide contrast.
The appliances include combi microwaves, ovens, induction hob, gas hob, integrated freezer with ice maker, and integrated fridge from Gaggenau. We also installed an integrated dishwasher from Miele and extractors from Air Uno and Neff. Silestone Et Noir worktops complete the look, creating an elegant and stylish space.
The home also has a pantry, cloakroom, utility room, and Passover kitchen, providing unique, functional pockets throughout the house.
This Passover kitchen is as elegant and refined as it is practical. It features Schüller Targa Steel Bronze Effect cabinetry and quartz worktops in Marmorea Ambra from Stone Italiana. Miele tall built-in fridges and tall integrated freezers are paired with Neff compact microwave ovens and single pyro ovens. The gas hob is finished in black ceramic glass, and a telescopic hood adds an air of elegance to the space. Blanco under-mount ceramic sinks and Carena taps in chrome finish the metallic design.
The pantry is a contemporary space with clean lines and simple details. The cabinets used are Schüller Targa Marble Scuro which resemble marble without the hefty price of a real one. The fridge and freezer are Miele integrated appliances designed for maximum efficiency and streamlined design. Lastly, the worktop is Frosty Carrina from Caesarstone, a soft white stone with subtle grey veining.
The utility room is a place of practicality, and this project will ensure that it's also a place of style. We went with Schüller Lava Black cabinetry which will provide a backdrop for the Blanco Claron stainless steel under-mount sinks and Versuvio worktops.
To complete the look, we've chosen Miele stacked washing machines and tumble dryers in chrome, which will add some extra flair to an otherwise utilitarian space.
The key feature of this space is the wood accents, which are made out of Egger black wood. The doors are spray-finished in to match the rest of the room. Finally, HIMACS feature strips, also in Sanremo, are used throughout the space to give it some texture without overpowering.
The bathrooms are the perfect example of how mixing textures and materials can create a beautiful, contemporary space. The four bathrooms in the house follow a black, white, and gold colour scheme with various textures to add interest.
The ground floor bathroom has HIMACS Sanremo worktops, a DIBOND brushed gold bronze mirror and a RAK Amalfi wall-mounted tap. The basement bathroom has Corian Nimbus Prima worktops, Egger Lincoln Walnut cabinets, and a RAK Amalfi wall-mounted tap. The master bathroom has Corian Bone worktops, a DIBOND brushed gold mirror, Egger White cabinets, and VOS single lever wall-mounted taps. Finally, the second floor bathroom is built with Corian Weathered Concrete worktops and XyloCleaf Ares drawers for a more straightforward, functional space.
The home was designed with bespoke extras such as the pillar, seat, vanity sinks, glass shelving and a drinks cabinet to fill spaces while bringing together the different parts of the house.
The walls are primarily designed with Valcromat light grey woodgrain veneer, complemented by chocolate oak panels and gold accents throughout. We built the seats and pillars with Corian in Bisque to keep the space looking light and airy.
The drinks cabinet was made with Shinnoki chocolate oak panels, brushed gold rodding, bronze mirror shelving, and LED lights. We used a brown stone worktop that matches the cabinet to complete the mini bar area.
The stunning spiral staircase made with Solid Surface Bisque from Corian is a focal point and gives a grand welcome when entering the home. Each hand-crafted tread was made in our factory and carefully installed by our installation team.
