This project was a complete office transformation of an old building into a modern office space for a property development company. A combination of modern and natural elements was used in the design, with plenty of natural and artificial light illuminating the entire floor.

The project involved renovating an old office building into a contemporary industrial office. The new space is a creative and collaborative space, with feature areas including a reception area, a main boardroom, several meeting rooms, storage rooms, and more.
The boardroom features Egger Pasadena Pine, a worn pine with a cool grey tone and natural brushed texture. The hidden IT storage room uses Egger Cashmere Grey shelving combined with Egger Lava Grey body to create a sleek look that conceals the clutter.
The main office space is designed to accommodate 24 employees and provide them with a comfortable and functional environment. We created an open-layout space with Corian Ash Concrete desks and contrasting Matt Sand Grey pedestals.
We also incorporated built-in raised dividers so employees would have privacy while working in their own defined space. We added wireless phone charging points within the desk area to create an aesthetically pleasing design while maintaining functionality in this work environment.
The Managing Director's office is a space that is meant to be as functional as it is stylish. The room features a wall of XyloCleaf panels in Cream Leather, which add a softness to the otherwise industrial environment. The floor-to-ceiling storage units provide ample storage while housing a hidden drinks fridge and a secret door to the bathroom.
The kitchen and rest area for the staff and clients needed to be functional but also stunning. A range of handleless Schuller cabinets in Targa Steel Grey and Pasadena Pine was used to achieve this look. The worktops are Corian Weathered Concrete, which adds an extra layer of texture to the space. It's complemented by Neff appliances, stainless steel sinks, and Quooker Nordic Square hot taps.
